Maysville……Jonathan Isiah Karl, age 32, was born January 10, 1984 in St. Joseph, Missouri the son of Setephen Joseph, Sr. and Connie Joan (Claycomb) Karl and passed away October 18, 2018.
Jonathan was a friendly man that never knew a stranger. He loved his family and especially his boys. Jonathan truly enjoyed taking them fishing and watching them play baseball. Jonathan was very close to his cousin Travis and worked with him at Karl Heating & Cooling. He was loved and will be missed by all.
He is survived by his three boys, Kaden, Gage, and Jax Karl, Bethany; wife, Melissa, Bethany; mother, Connie Harwood (James), Maysville and Stephen Karl, Stewartsville; and two brothers, Stephen Karl, Jr. (Alicia), Holt, MO and Michael Karl (Shannon), Plattsburgh, MO.

Jon was a student of mine while I served as HS Principal at Pattonsburg. I came to enjoy my visits with Jon and found him to be someone that was considerate of others and compassionate toward his fellow students. I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing. I pray for comfort for his family, friends and those that loved him. God Bless
