Ordie Stark, Jr.
1954-2016

Weatherby…..Ordie Orville Stark, Jr., age 61, was born October 31, 1954 in Kirksville, MO, the son of Ordie Orville, Sr. and Nadine Grace (Broussard) Stark and passed away July 19, 2016 with his family at his side at his home in Weatherby.

On November 12, 1980, Ordie and Mary Ellen Stark were united in marriage in Maysville. To this union four children were born. Ordie loved hunting, fishing (especially with his dog Cosmo), camping, gardening, and being outside. He was an outstanding carpenter as he built his house from the floor up. He worked construction his entire life and was a member of Labor’s # 579.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary Ellen; sister, Denise; and grandson, Dylan.

Survivors include four children, Starla Jones (Doran), Altamont, Travis Nelson (Danielle), Stewartsville; Heather Wells (Jeremy), Weatherby, Carrie Tracy (Spencer), Weatherby; one sister, Linda Plowman (Gordon), Lathrop; one brother, Doug Stark (June), Maysville; nine grandchildren, Doran III, Courtney, Jason, Coral, Victor, Brinner, Lydia, Walker, & Sawyer.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 22, 2016 at Turner Family Funeral Home of Maysville with burial following in Christian Chapel Cemetery.
