Stewartsville, Missouri…..Clois “Marie” (Flagg) Wheeler, 91, passed away on June 27, 2019. Mom was born July 14, 1927 in Monet, Arkansas to the late Bud & Birdie (Coyle) Flagg.
Mom married Dad (Joe Cecil Wheeler) on June 25, 1949 in Pocahontas, Ar. He preceded her in death on August 25, 1985.
Mom was a very fun loving wife, mother & grandmother with a quick wit and loving nature. Mom loved to play Bingo with her friends, makes a wonderful pecan pie and chicken and dumplings. She was so loved by All and will be dearly missed.
Mom was preceded in death by her husband Joe, two children, Phyllis Matter and Mary Wilhite and All her siblings.
Clois had 4 children, Survivors include daughter Sharon Wheeler Bevers (Steve Bevers) and son Benny Wheeler (Susan Wheeler), 13 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Turner Family Funeral Home of Stewartsville with burial at Stewartsville Cemetery. Visitation: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorial Contributions: Energy for a Cure. Online Condolences: www.turnerfamilyfuneral.com
