The thing that sticks out in my mind most is the facts he always treated me with love and kindness. I was always extremely excited when I got to spend time with him. He made sure I knew I was loved and he made me feel like I was treasured.

My beloved cousin I will miss our long talks greatly. But I do take solace and knowing that you stood up and took the hand of your granddaughter and walked to give your father a hug. As I grieve for your loss at the same time I’m happy that you can see and walk again with our Lord.
